A key part of Louisiana ArtWorks mission is to give artists the tools to develop viable careers producing art, not just working in the arts as a sideline. Each October, Louisiana ArtWorks hosts a 3-day weekend to introduce Louisiana artists to the curators, gallery owners, grantmakers and academics who can provide opportunities for these artists to take their careers to the next level.
